  • How long will my order take?
    Each knitted name/word/shape is handmade to order and usually takes 4-8 business days to complete. All other items - 1 - 3 business days If you are purchasing multiple pieces in the same transaction, all items will ship together within the processing time of the longest item. Please allow an additional 2-4 business days in addition to the above times during sales and holiday periods, as well as extended shipping times.
  • What materials are used to create your knitted names/words/shapes?
    Our knitted names/words/shapes are made with quality acrylic yarn and really strong wire.
  • How durable are your knitted names/ words/shapes?
    These products are extremely durable and made to last. They are constructed with strong wire and reinforced with non-visible knots to ensure they maintain their shape. They won't bend or lose their shape unless intentionally bent. You can be confident that our product will be a beautiful and long-lasting addition to your nursery or child's room.
  • How do I hang my knitted name/word/shape on the wall?
    Our knitted names/words/shapes are really light and designed to be hung on the wall using small nails or hooks. If you are not allowed to use nails we recommend using clear adhesive hooks for a discreet and secure hanging option.
  • Can I customize the colours of my knitted name/word/shape?
    Yes, we offer a wide range of colours to choose from for your knitted name/words/shapes. Simply write your colour preference in the dedicated field when placing your order. Please keep in mind that the colours in the pictures may be slightly different from the actual item due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor's display. The colours may also vary slightly from one order to another depending on the yarn batch but we will do our best to keep it as close as we can.
  • Can I choose the font of my knitted name/word?
    When you order one of our custom knitted names, you have the option to choose between three different fonts. Each font has its own unique style, so you can choose the one that best fits your preferences and the style of your space. To select your font, simply browse our listings and choose the one you prefer. Each font has its own separate listing, so be sure to check them all out before making your choice.
  • Can I return my knitted name/word/shape?
    Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us and we'll work with you to find a solution.
  • What is the shipping time?
    Please allow the following postal times in addition to the processing time : Australia - Estimated 3 - 8 Business Days (after processing time) Australia Express -Estimated 1-2 Days USA (Standard Shipping) - Estimated 12 - 20 Business Days (after processing time) Rest of the World - Estimated 12 - 20 Business Days (after processing time) If you require it by a certain date, please let us know and we will do our best to accomodate your request. We will endeavour to meet the estimates, however, we cannot guarantee that such estimates will be met due to many unexpected factors out of our control, for example, postal delays and customs clearance. Please note: A business day is Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. AEST local time, and excludes weekends and public holidays.
  • How do I track my order?
    Once shipped, all orders will have a tracking number that will be sent to the email/phone number that was provided to us at checkout. Please check your junk folder, as they sometimes end up in there. You can use this number to track your item.
  • What if there is an issue with delivery?
    If you have an issue with your delivery, please check your tracking number. If you are still unable to locate your order, please lodge an enquiry with either Australia Post so that they can assist you further. Blossom & Pear are unable to provide further assistance in regards to shipping once it has left our warehouse. We provide all orders with tracking numbers, which will update once your item has reached it's destination country.
  • Do you offer free shipping?
    At Oh Hello Joy, we believe in transparency when it comes to our pricing, including shipping. We do not offer free shipping because, simply put, shipping is never truly free. Companies that offer free shipping often incorporate the cost into their product prices, which means that you end up paying for shipping multiple times if you purchase multiple products. We prefer to keep our prices and shipping costs separate so that you know exactly what you are paying for. This allows us to keep our prices as competitive as possible while still providing you with the highest quality products and service.
  • What payment methods do you offer?
    Oh hello Joy accepts credit cards, Paypal and gift cards issued from this store.
  • Why does the currency change on my order receipt?
    Our store is set up in Australian Dollars, therefore we process all orders in that currency. Our order receipt will show you the price in Australian Dollars for our tax purposes. You were charged correctly in your local currency that was displayed to you at checkout. You can also check the amount charged via your credit card order confirmation which will show the amount charged in your currency.
  • Discount Codes
    Only one discount code can be used at the checkout per transaction. In "Sale" times, automatic discount codes may be in place and automatically applied at the checkout so other discount codes will not be able to be used at the same time.
  • Sale Purchase
    All orders made during sale periods are final. There is no return on sale goods.
